Gallup Survey Almost Over!

94 percent of SMH’s 7,000 staff have taken the 2021 Sarasota Memorial Employee Opinion Survey. The survey has been extended until Friday, July 30, so if you haven’t already, join the thousands of team members who have shared their input. Click here to complete the brief, 12-question survey.

Gallup, an independent, outside company, conducted the survey and keeps individual responses completely confidential. No one within Sarasota Memorial Health Care System can reference your access code, nor will Gallup reveal it under any circumstances.

Results will be tabulated by Gallup and shared with the organization in the coming weeks.

Departments that received fewer than five survey responses will have results rolled up to the next higher level. For instance, a department with fewer than five employees will have their responses reported with the rest of their division.
