Meet Sarasota Memorial’s Employee and Leader of the Year!

Sarasota Memorial recently announced the winners of its EXCEL Employee of the Year and Leader of the Year awards. These two incredible staff members are chosen annually from our 9,000-member team.

Employee of the Year

Our Employee of the Year is selected from the previous 12 winners of the EXCEL Employee of the Month Award. This year’s honoree is Aundrita Reddick, Physicians Lounge Attendant in Food & Nutrition Services.
Aundrita has been part of the SMH team since 1985. Comments from her colleagues include:

Leader of the Year

Our Leader of the Year, Jamie Kisgen, Pharmacy Manager of Education and Research, was chosen from 4 previous winners of the Leader of the Quarter Award.
The many people who nominated Jamie all agree that he has repeatedly gone far above and beyond for patients and the hospital since he started here in 2008. Here are several comments from his nominations:
